Anna founded Lazuli Tech Consulting in 2025 after 20+ years in engineering leadership roles across major companies, including a high-growth fintech scaleup. Her career is defined by the intersection of engineering excellence and business impact—building systems that scale, teams that perform, and organizations capable of sustaining both. She brings a proven track record in platform modernization, cost optimization, and scaling through acquisitions.
Her most formative experience comes from working within private-equity–backed companies such as Infront and Bambora—the latter a startup later acquired by the 10,000+ employee listed company Ingenico. During this period, she played a key role in advancing service-oriented architecture and strengthening cross-team collaboration. In recognition of her contributions, she received the Ingenico Leadership Award in 2021. During this time, she successfully led up to 300+ global FTEs.
